Banking or Financial Entities
Valuation for mortgage credit for various purposes - acquisition, calculation of impairments, promotion of construction, credit for works, breach of contract and even NPLs, for all types of property.
Property Investment Fund Management Companies
Valuation of the portfolio of assets relating to the property investment funds they manage, or in support of decisions to make property investments.
