Valuation for mortgage credit for various purposes - acquisition, calculation of impairments, promotion of construction, credit for works, breach of contract and even NPLs, for all types of property.
Property Investment Fund Management Companies
Valuation of the portfolio of assets relating to the property investment funds they manage, or in support of decisions to make property investments.
Investment
Valuations for investors, supporting decision-making in simpler processes such as buying or selling a flat, or significantly more complex ones such as the construction of a building or its conversion; the acquisition of land based on its potential, or even valuations from the point of view of the operation/income of hotel establishments and residential facilities for the elderly.
Obviously, current and final market or investor values are always assessed, depending on what the client wants.
